PushThroo connects you with real people for quick, impactful video accountability sessions. Our platform helps you overcome procrastination and achieve your goals through human connection.
How do I sign up?
Currently, PushThroo is in its early access phase. You can join our waitlist by clicking the "Join Waitlist" button on our homepage. We'll notify you as soon as you can create your account.
Is PushThroo free?
PushThroo offers both free and premium features. Basic accountability sessions are free, while premium features will be available through subscription plans. More details will be provided upon full launch.
Using PushThroo
How do the video calls work?
PushThroo video calls are brief, focused interactions designed to provide immediate accountability. When you need motivation, you can request a "push" and be connected with another user who can help you stay on track. Sessions typically last only one minute, making them efficient and impactful.
What's the difference between being "Pushed" and a "Pusher"?
When you're being "Pushed," you're receiving accountability and motivation from another user. As a "Pusher," you're providing that accountability to someone else. Users can take on either role depending on their preferences and needs at the time.
How does the matching system work?
Our AI-powered matching system pairs users based on several factors, including availability, goals, preferences, and past interactions. This ensures that you connect with the right person for your specific needs and that the interaction is as productive as possible.
Account & Privacy
Is my information secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. PushThroo uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Are video sessions recorded?
PushThroo does not routinely record video sessions. We respect your privacy and the confidential nature of accountability interactions. In limited circumstances (e.g., for troubleshooting or in response to reported violations), we may need to access or temporarily store video data as outlined in our Terms of Service.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, simply go to the Settings page in the app, tap "Delete account", then confirm. For more details, visit our Account Deletion Guide.

What devices can I use PushThroo on?
PushThroo is designed to work on modern web browsers on desktop and laptop computers, as well as on mobile devices through our web app. A dedicated mobile application is planned for future release.
